We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $50 to the 50 states. The minimum order value must be $50 before taxes, shipping and handling.


Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. Processing Time + Shipping Time= Delivery Time.

APO/FPO AND PO BOXES/U BOXES. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

We do ship to University Boxes. Please be sure to include the dorm or hall name and street address with box number.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes if you made a change in your delivery address. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Urhokas does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


Free shipping on exchange orders within the United States via Standard shipping and within 30 days of shipment date. Our items are hot and sell out quickly! To ensure your item is still in stock, place a new order for the item you want. We are happy to waive the standard shipping and honor any original purchase price for the same item exchanged for a different size or color. The standard shipping will only be waived for exchange orders of the same product.

To make an exchange:
1. Send back original item for a refund.
2. Place a new order for the new item desired.
3. Email Customer Care with new and old order #, immediately after new order is placed - Customer Care will honor any promo prices - Standard shipping will be waived.
4. Refund will be issued once original order is received this only applies for the same product - in different size or color.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Urhokas reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
