Use our prepaid return shipping label within the continental United States.

RETURN POLICY

Must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date. All items must be in original condition. Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags (including Urhokas hangtags) attached. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back. All items must be in original condition Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. Review the Non-Refundable Items policy below to ensure your item is eligible.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items not eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, bodysuits and beauty products
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked "FINAL SALE"
- Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains
- Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps
Urhokas reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible. For returns:
1. Fill out and include your packing slip in the return package
2. Sign into your account
3. Click on "View All" next to Order History
4. Click on Print Return Label to download the label
5. Securely tape the label to the outside of your return package
6. If your order was delivered in a black resealable poly mailer, you can detach the second adhesive strip to create a new closure for the return package
7. Write down and keep track of the 22-digit tracking number from your prepaid PDF label. Without it you'll be unable to track your return.
8. Bring your return package to a U.S. Post Office If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each order. Not all packages are delivered in resealable bags due to the quantity of items and/or shipping method selected. Urhokas is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

RETURN PROCESSING

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
