When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship.

What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

Please make sure your billing address matches exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, otherwise this will cause the transaction to be declined. Should this be the case, please re-enter the correct billing address. If there are any declined transactions on your account, please contact your bank for further information.


For security purposes, our billing department may take extra measures to verify the cardholder's identity and billing information. A common Pre-authorization bank practice may appear as a "double charge" on your statement.But no worries! The second pending charge transaction is not debited from your account and will automatically clear once the purchase debit clears. How long that takes depends on the issuer of your credit card.

Our Billing Department will contact you via email if we're unable to verify the billing information provided.
If we don't hear back from you in 3 days the order will be canceled.
